Help, I am having problems.

First problem is that my vst Instrument plugins (XTC mode) don't state my MINIMAX & POISON FM Synths, but apparently they do in the Scope mode. I noticed that I don't have the .dll files for those synths in the vstplugins/XTC folder. Is it what caused the problem? Any input?
Second problem is that when I open my Scope platform and roll over my mouse to the 'Manual', the manual is gone. How do you get it back?

I am sorry for the first issue, I don't really get your answer, does it mean that I have to reinstall it again?

For the manual issue, I have checked the manual folder & it contains nothing except 3 blank folders (English, French, & something...).

he means you need to open SFP to set your XTC as preference...plus latency and thelike

I have already checked the enable xtc mode option in the scope settings but nothing changed.

On the manual issue, may I know what folders/files are inside the 'Manual' folder?

inside the manual folder is a subfolder named after the language you choose to install.
Inside that folder is the top level PDF document SFP-Version-Manual and another folder called Chapters.
Inside Chapters are the PDFs dealing with general stuff and subfolders for... you guessed it - each chapter, as are:
effects, mixing, sampling, studio, synth
no more subfolders at this level, those folders contain the respective PDF docs for each topic.

Thanks, the manual is working now.

Regarding the xtc mode issue, does it matter if I have 2 different Creamware cards with different registries? (ex. I have 2 same modules with different registry within 2 creamware cards)

I did open my normal Scope & load the MINIMAX synth after I finished installing it, it was there but when I go to the xtc mode, no MINIMAX synth available.
