the tool changed to?

i was satisfied with the old form of toolbar, ( whatever you call it,it's the thing we make setting,change mixer...)
with the bar floats out of the mix environ,,whatever you call...
but few days ago i messed it up without knowing how,now it change >
a box with bar that 's jailed in it,can never put it out,and the mouse when working in it change to scope logo
i don't really like this
please point me out how to get it back

Have a look at cset.ini, under [STATICPATH] there should be an entry Devices=/path/to/your/devices/folder/that/makes/the/menu

Hope this fixes it
