Hi all,

Just thought i'd let folks in the UK know that Telewest have just given some of their broadband customers a free bandwidth upgrade.

Our speed has reportedly gone up from 3meg to 10meg. I've just been doing some speed tests & we're consistantly getting speed figures between 8meg & 13meg.

F**king SUPERNOVA !!

If you want to know your connection speed go to http://www.dsl.cz and follow the 'speedmeter' link on the left side. In some seconds, after tests finish, you'll see the results. You don't need to know Czech language as the results are selfexpaining - "rychlost" is for "speed". Your browser should accept pop up windows because the result shows up in such window. It shows the speed in 2 directions.

It's fluctuating as you'd expect, but it is fast. At least constant T2 speads i think.
