Hey, guys just bought a a16 ultra for my powerpulsar and have synced them up through the adat cables but i can only get my controller keyboard to produce sounds and not my other 2 synths(clavia nord lead& Emu Audity), they recieve midi but dont produce any sound??
Im fairly new to using hardware and im sure its a steep learning curve, but for the life of me i cant figure out how to get any sounds out of the hardware, also it registers in Cubase sx3 that midi is working for the master keyboard(on all soft syths in cubase it works perfectly) but wont record midi the notes for the hardware is there something i need to enable in the routing window???
Hopefully someone knows what im talking about

Do you get sound into the Scope Platform? If you don't, what comes to my mind is to double check all ADAT cables are connected the right places in both ends.

I'm guessing this is something along the lines of what you've hooked up, cribos? Or am I way off base?

(There are lots of other ways to hook it up...!)

Just went to the routing window in sfp4.0 and i can find everything up until i get to hardware midi source and hardware midi dest,
i cant find either in the routing window of sfp4.
Is there no .pro project that has preconfigured routing for adat source connections????

...Im losing my find for fear of going insane....

in the routing windows under hardware I/O
you can bring out the midi A Source and Midi A destination. that is what blazesboylan means by hardware midi source/destination

there are pre-built projects in scope 4.0 folder under Scope/Projects/Examples.
also there are project that you can download from planetz (check Pulsar files/projects)

Also view the PDF manual it is handy
in the live bar under ? check out the part about I/O and drivers.

don't be afraid of the routing window! you can't break it and it is your freind! it wants to help you!

yes, the pdf help is VERY good! there are sections detailing every plugin.

scope is virtual reality. the routing window is thought of as virtually your room. using it is the same as hardware(things connect the same way and operate the same way). the asio source and dest are the PHYSICAL audio ports for the sequencer, so live or cubase or whatever could be thought of as a fancy vs880 in the scope environment. the wav source and dest make any windows(or mac os  ) program into a physical device with jacks. the hardware i/o menu and modules are the physical ports on the card coming out of your computer. everyone can now play happy.
