What is the best tool for setting pci latancy, and what are the correct values?

Thanks, but i downloaded it and it is not possible to change the timmings.
It is a version which is not complete as i see from the 7 only choices.
Anyway, i face crackle problem audible when there is graphics animation.
Is there another method to change pci latencys? I need help please!

think i would rather change the pci slot. i suspect one of your cards are sharing with the agp port.

thanks for responding, but i cannot make it with pci tool. it says driver error when i unzip.
These very small crackles i am talking about are audible only if i use a game for example whith both sound and fast graphics.
It happened when i had asus p4c800e as well.
with abit the same.
i tryed to disable anything not necessary, ieee, usb, tryed also with different priorities and affinities, but nothing!
On standard pc the same happens.
on acpi, the same again.
one board only or both and no change! strange.
in fact i changed pci clock with powerstrip, and atitool but no difference.
sandra shows me 96pci clock for my cards.
this one i cannot change.

as piddi said somehow it is sharing with agp. how many pci slot you have? check your manual which pic is free(maybe no 3 if you have 5 pci slot)
