I have to admit Hubird, you got me nailed pretty down, in fact thats exactly what I will do....literally...except for I'll have political insights.

But there are situations that I consider it as being allowed (morally)

You probably know those irritating telemarketing phonecalls...that's a comparable situation (unasked promo in a more or less private setting).

I badly enjoy insulting the guy or girl as hard as possible, starting polite, then going rough

(I subscribed to a anti telemarketing club, marketeers are supposed to know that, as it's created for that).

Anyway, you learnt a lesson: don't act from your concerns but from the one you want something from...meaning: check where and in what subculture you post your promostuff

Theres a difference between promoting on the phone and on the forums, on the phone is invading privacy, but here in the forums, what privacy is that invading???

well, the whole point is, we are a forum for users of the Creamware soundcards (surprise!).

Planetz is not one or another public mp3 music site where you can dump your mp3s (links).
And obviously you didn't know in what kind of forum you posted your promostuff, so you didn't do your homework.

If you don't have a feeling for this kind of nuances, you will meet severe problems in your carreer as label manager

homework yeah, but that's the most unimportant part of my last post, I forgot to put it between ( ) I can remember.

You seem to be not ready to see the logic of and the justification for our reactions to your first post, at least you give me that feeling...
