This is good stuff. I like the song and can't say there is anything wrong with the singer.

I wish we would hear this on radio in Canada instead of the crap that is usually programmed. Great textures. stucture is great, arrangement is great. And the singer is the one to do this song! Love to hear it with a little more refinement on the mix...superb

Hi guys,

nice to get some positive input, after having heard so much depressing stuff like:

We can`t sell that in germany.
This is more for the english market and that is done better there.

But anyway - Im proud that I did it home with maybe 5000 EURO equipment and the singer sang in the same room where my overclocked athlon noised like a helicopter.

thanks to creamware for the excellent working soundcard and you guys in the forum for all the tricks and hints that I found here.

Well, I wouldn't give up or listen to record execs about it. They are listening for the hit that happened two years ago and made someone a million or two. I have this song on my desktop and listen very frequently because it has all the elements that make a song great. Not trendy, but current a cross Atlantic appeal if only listeners were allowed to hear it. If it don't fly in Germany then it well fly somewhere else and when it is a hit, then the German market will make it its own. The same dynamics in Canada. It isn't any good until the rest of the world thinks so, especially the U.S.
Keep writing and recording and know that there is a fan in Canada...

Ok, Just listened again and I think that this song is a hit the quiet changes in chord structure make it work. I can't stop listening to this track. I am going to present it to some people I know they should hear it.

Thanks a lot for your encouraging words. Nice that you like the song.
Maybe I start doing a little refinement on the mix this weekend.
