I currently own a powersampler. This card says it has spdif input. It comes in the form of a 1/8 inch jack. Now I have never seen a 1/8 spdif jack, but in the manual it shows the output of a dat machine going into the powersampler.
I have a soundmodule with a spdif out but it comes in regular format of coax or optical. So my question is, how do i plug either of these into a 1/8 inch jack. Ive asked at least 10 people and none of them know. My guess is that there is some type of adapter... anyone? What am I doing wrong?

question about spdif on the creamware cards.
right, and available in any hifi store or department of supermarkets.
take care to use the proper cables: 75 Ohm is REQUIRED, otherwise you'll have anything between slight distortion, brizzles or clicks. the yellow RCA plugged video cables are OK, if budget doesn't matter ask for a digital audio certified one (more expensive).
cheers, Tom
