It started out as a joke but I think it got pretty musical at the end. The synthesizer is the almighty Modular + Flexor.

Hi Braincell, i really enjoyed this piece, witty and musical at the same time...nice! Flexor sounding as good as ever.
Would it be cheeky to ask what you were using for the piano sound?
Cheers,
Tom

It was the Eastwest Native Instruments Boesendorfer piano. As I own a weighted keyboard, it is one of my favorite instruments to play. I recorded it without quantizing to give it a jazzy feel.

What does cheeky mean?

Nice, i'll have to check out that stuff - it sounds wicked, been looking at east west orchestras but don't have the money for it!!!
"Cheeky" literally means a tiny bit rude (usually in a funny/joking way). it is often used to describe a smile - a cheeky smile is one that is sometimes mildly inappropriate - for examle someone tells a joke that is very rude/offensive and you respond with a cheeky smile. Well that's sort of what it means.. best i can do without looking at a dictionary.
Peace.

You might consider Synful Orchestra because the articulations make it sound very realistic. You can't hear the articulations in real time though and it has way less instruments. They have a demo.

Great feel & very entertaining. Nice use of the quotes though I was starting to get a bit sick of the girl's laugh.

Can see this set to some art film.

Originally it was going to be just her laugh and some music. That would have been something different. You probably would have been even more sick then.
