The creamware message board was nowhere near as good as this one. I think this place is the heart and soul of SFP.

In my opinion, if you cant get your answer here, thats when you should call creamware support. But usually you find your answer here. Regards

OK maybe this is the wrong place to post this, cause I actually (and hope never) don't need direct CW support.

I say you again: this board is plenty usefull.

But, quite every company has his own message board and so I wonder about CW one is closed.

About support, I'm sure Ralf will help me if needed. But imagine me as a new user looking for support... It now appears to me as a definitely not easy thing.

I contacted CreamWare through info at creamware de and got the answer within two (2) hours.
That's what I'd call a very good service.

Most comapnies may have their own board, but so what ? Planet Z really is the main SFP support area so don't worry. Many other issues in the world are more deserving of concern.

Planet Z has the answers, but if not here then Ralf by email.

Right. I'm glad you understand my mood.
@ Stardust
A curiosity about those three little birds you've talked about. The first three I mean.
Maybe I can guess who's the first, but what about the others?

Yes i will do so.
The important thing is : Now you know, where you find assistance, if your system is not functional.
You can ask the helpful and professional users in this forum or you can reach me directly.
Mailto : RB@Creamware.de

I always try to answer so fast, as it is possible for me.

Moreover : PlanetZ is the most helpful community you can find.
It is probably not possible for the most companys to offer their own forum in this quality, because a lot of experienced users are interested to help and give their assistence and experience to other members of this community.

Your initial problems will be overcome surely and you will have a lot of fun with SCOPE.

cheers

Thank you, Ralf.
What I tryed to say is about the difficulties experimented (especially this last year) with the official CW web pages.
I perfectly agree that the right way to deal with any problem is searching information about, first of all in the manuals, then the forums, then company support; but at the very beginnings, when lot of things come together as new things, it's easy to make a bit of confusion..

Hi Cochise,

i really understand, what you mean.
We are at work to make the things working better for the future.
In the meantime I try to settle much by manually, via contacting users directly.
If there's any problem or question again, so please contact me [ rb@creamware.de ] or write to [ info@creamware.de ].
I hope, your start with creamware now will become better.

cheers
