downloading purchased software

Hi,
I upgraded one of my Luna boards and took advantage of the 50% discount in the shop. Now I want to download or "generate" and this is the message I'm getting.

Der Remote-Servercomputer ist existiert nicht oder ist nicht verfügbar

My limited German tells me that the server is "kaput"..I know that the server problem is constant but will I be able to retrieve the synth I bought without problems when the server is working properly?

never do it on weekends...

that server is known for such problems - the key generation is a complicated process that needs some attendence, obviously.

whatever it really is - just do the registration again, and again if you want another synth, and again...
it's known as the shop bug and it's probably not totally unwelcome - fuels cash flow

Thanks Tom,
I assume that until the download happens it will stay in the server so it is safe and my attempts aren't jeopardizing anything...and then I'll try it again for my second Luna board...

yes, you can download it anytime, or over again if you need to. if it's not happening monday, give an email to either rb[AT]creamware.de or jo[AT]creamware.de and they'll take care of you.
