i have a pulsar II for sale. it left creamware on january 13th 2003. 
included is: 
the soundcard with 6 DSPs 
Scope V.3.1c 
Scope V4 (downloaded from CW and burnt on CD) 
main studiotools package 
mixer package I 
FX-Package I and II 
synth-package I and II 
modular II 
STS 3000 
spl attacker 
vinco 

the I/O - Version is "plus"
the card has worked fine ever since, 
i only sell it because i´m about to 
change my platform.
the price for the card is 400 euros plus shipping from germany (berlin). 
if you´re in berlin, you can pick it up of course.
