Well, the title kinda says it all.

I try adding a Pulsar2 ADAT B Dest in the routing window and get a modal dialgox box pop up with that in it.

Why? This is prettymuch a pristine install of Scope 4.0. Has anyone seen this?

Also reminds me to ask: is there a SCOPE 4.1 release yet?

no 4.1 needed for this. the error is in the installer of the downloaded version. i have personally seen this happen only once, i installed scope with an antivirus program active. dunno why it happended to you but it's no big deal.

is the file there at all? if not copy it manually from your install files.

if the file is there is it marked "read only"? if so, uncheck "read only" in properties.

any moment a totally bored(from writing it over and over) Valis will pop in with the formula to uncheck "read only" globally. or you could maybe save him and do a search for "file not found".

scope bugs are few and not show-stopping. in fact, sfp is probably one of the more stable programs in the computer music world. relax, it'll work very well for a long time if it is set up right to begin with. you'll have it going very soon.

*edit* when i first met v1.2, it took me a couple of months before i felt comfortable and confident with an install(i knew nothing about computers 5 years ago, now i know just a little). these days it's a few hours. it's not that hard, but it helps to know what's going on......
