Hello all,

I have a Scope card that I hadn't used in ages - didn't have a PC to put it in and was rebuilding my studio. I don't know where I've put my codes - other than the hardware ones - and when I logon to my page on cwaudio.de it says all my card is not eligible for 4.0?! I'm pretty confused here...

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You have to re-register it for SFP4.

I must be really dumb
My card is already on my hardware list and it gives me an error 'your hardware is already registered to another user'.

We used to have it STDM'd to another Scope card, but now it's all on its own in another PC. I have fired off an email to the nice guys at CW - which is something I tried doing first but their mail system kept coming back with an error.

Thanks for all your help... let's see what happens!

if you send a polite, detailed explanation to Ralf, (i believe the address was rb AT creamware.de) i'm sure he'll do his best to clean up your problem as quickly as possible.

Ralf is pretty much all alone in support, so be kind to him and don't panic if it takes a day or so. He's always handled my and my clients needs very quickly.

Hi,

Thanks for your answers again. I wasn't expecting CW anything round here... just grateful to get some pointers from fellow users. That's all.

I'll give that email a go. Much appreciated.

it seems that you are trying to register an already registered card. use the link below to change the password for the Hardware SN in question.
