Well,

Just started working with Photoshop CS and with out a doubt I plan to be doing some serious GUI work once I truelly learn my way around, here is a sample of an unfished device I made this evening from a tutorial I found online, this was the end result of about an hour and a halfs work, I could only imagine what a few months of training could accomplish with this tool, quite impressive application.

Any one else using PS for there devices?

Yep,

Thats the one, sorry for the delay in response, I have been knee deep into designing a new website and buried into actionscript books =(

Yes Photo shop is amazing and the ultimate tool for GUI design, though another good tool is Fireworks MX 2004, its a vector based graphics tool and is capable of alot of what PS does.

Cheers!

For those using Photoshop, try Knob Render.

There is also VSTGUI Builder which generates C++ code.
