Hey folks. I am having a problem recording into soundforge. I have absoloutely no idea how to do it. I can record fine into cubase, but soundforge seems to be a different beast all together.

In my pulsar project I have wave sources and asio sources assigned.

In soundforge I have switched the card to Pulsar Play 1 and Pulsar Record 1. Still, I have no luck. I have tried to bus the signal to soundforge, like we do in cubase, but it still doesnt seem to work. What am I doing wrong? Please help

Well, do you have Wave Destination also?

Load WavSource & WavDest, assign SoundForge->Pref->Options->Wav to the correct driver numbers (like Pulsar Wav1 if you loaded 1 Wav Dest & Source).

Put a dither shaper in front of Wav Dest, as you might not record 32bit.

Monitor your Wav Dest in Pulsar to make sure sound is ok in Pulsar.

Btw, your request has not much of an Announcement.
Try to stick to the subject in each forum, for PlanetZ to be more dedicated and more efficient.
