Hello,
yesterday I bought the B-2003 from the Creamware store. When having installed it, the platform did´nt appear in the taskbar but was operating with 100% CPU. Unfortunately the creamware Server seems to be down again, so I can´t get any message from them or download a new oxe- file. Has anyone had similar experiences?
O I forgot: The B-2003 does´nt appear and the Sope platform has to be uninstalled and installed new.

On the Mac version of SCOPE 4 there is a folder which contains .oxe files for optional plug-ins. If you have this on the PC then when you reinstall SCOPE4, try and use that B-2003 oxe.

There is a folder called oxe. But it´s empty. Seems so that I have to wait for server beeing up again.
Thanks

There should be a folder in SCOPE4 called Optional Plug-Ins or something, full of oxes for all the shop devices. Maybe it's just a Mac thing, can anyone confirm?

Problem solved. Having downloaded a new oxe from CW server did the job.
Thank you for the replies.
