Does anyone know if exists 3rd part effects for Creamware XTC mode?
Like, for example, UAD-01 or TC-Powercore plugins?
The original from Creamware are good plugins but I'm looking for something more creative, with more caracter...

It's possible to write a list of the productors of this 3rd part FX for this user community?

Thanks... sorry but I'm new in XTC...

Stardust, thanks!!!

...you are my mentor! =) =) =)

ps. I've find http://www.dadev.com, seems to be interesting and cheap, XTC compatible.
Now I will try the quality with demos.

Any comment about this site?

please don't overlook scope mode. it is quite useful, flexible and easy. it will broaden the scope(sorry for the pun) and range of your studio(especially when creating sounds and arraingements or innovative vibes and effects)....

LOL. An axiom of planetz:

Any post asking a question about XTC mode will invariably get a response advocating using sfp mode instead.

I don't think so. We know what SFP is, we know what XTC is. If someone asks a question about XTC mode, telling them to use SFP instead is not helpful.

someone on planetz posted a great workaround for this, using ASIO busses and smart SFP routing back to the audio sequencer, try a search.

The added latency (2*ASIO) mostly isn't a problem with 100% wet effects.

Obviously you can't use inserts in your sequencer aiming at SFP insert effects the usual way.

there is delay compensation in cubase/nuendo, so latency is not an issue in playback.

also, sx3 has an "external plugin" plugin, that makes the connection much easier. otherwise, send the channel that you want the insert in out an asio out and through the effect you want, then bring the signal in an asio input assigned to another channel. monitor the signal on the new channel. simple, just like in the real world...routing has not changed.

Mhh, ok, but SFP seems more complicate as XTC mode...
Just open an FX! :eek:D
The only problem is the less choices of professional effects available.
A better develope and support by Creamware is, now, more than a dream, I think... just a little effort for better, particular (UAD, powercore are an example) and more refined XTC FX!

Maybe after the company chrisis... will comes the light! =)

The synth's side of Scope system is OK (!)(minimax, phrophet, etc.) but the FX lacks... why not a sort "minimax level of quality" in FX compartment???
Why not a sort of "pro-suite" for XTC FX???

(look on the "options" page and tell me what plugin you see)

these links show the most advanced and prized multimedia mixing consoles atound at the moment. the cw STOCK effects are the built in effects on that board(using the same card you use), not some trendy bullshit
uad/powercore(o.k., of COURSE uad/powercore is good stuff). you don't get more PRO than that. this is the HOTTEST multimedia console in NYC.

I've got yesterday a UAD-1 Project (second hand) with LA-2A compressor!!! 280 euros
Now all sounds like Protools TDM plugs
My PIII 1000 512Mb is enough with 1 pulsar 2 + 1 luna 2 + 1 UAD-1...
Creamware for the synths (and some interesting weird efx) and the UAD for the FX: WOW!!!
A lot of DSP...

 the LA-2A and the 1176SE compressors in UAD are amazing, nothing similar in native or other DSP enviroment!!!
Voice and gutar/bass raise clear and warm without problem in my mix.
I think that I continue to using Creamware compressor for the minor traks.
The EQ and the modulation EFXs of Creamware are also wonderful

ps. no conflict through UAD and Creamware XTC
