Recently I bought a secondhand P2 with lots of goodies (!!!). All the re-registrations went very fast and problemfree (I asked CWA to reregister the card to my account and got the answer 2 days later). The former owner didn't get the Scope 4 activation keys so I tried to get'em - and here the problem starts: in the 'get scope4' window I can see 2 activated numbers (my old 2 cards) and a note 'available' next to the new card HW number. When I then get the e-mail only 2 old keys are in. I tried to contact CWA regarding it and am waiting for the answer for 4 days.
Anybody had similar experiences to show me the solution, please?

I hate using connections (if there is any). So I'd rather wait for the answer in the official way from CWA. Ralf and Frank have enough on their heads. I'll wait a week and the try to ask Ralf.
Did the previous owner have his gear registered? If not, just register the card on your name. If he did, there's a chance it was his only card and he can give you his login and pass to the shop for his My Page.
If he has a My Page with a couple of cards, you can also email the seller and ask him to forward you the .oxe files and reg codes for that card.
Would work out fine while waiting for CW reply...
It was the first thing I checked his account. And yes, it was his only card. Now at his 'my page' there is 'no cards are registered'. It looks like he never tried to register Scope4. All the other keys work as expected. With this purchase I became a proud user of Optimaster, for example
