In the past (yeah!) I also spent much time in the net but it was way more expensive on my modem connection. So then we could call it a real robber

If I wanted 64/128 I would have paid half of the above fee.
The price I pay now is 2 times lower than it was before (ie in the modem times)

Well, I believe flat rate ADSL starts at around 40€ here.
