I've made trebas, and graduated, and wouldn't recommend it, really...
Ah yes! I remember the good old days at Trebas

Seriously, there's also Musitechnique (on Berri near St-Cat.) to be considered. I haven't heard anything about them lately but it used to be the best school in the area for that kind of program.

You can learn electronic music by yourself anyways. There are no hard and fast rules to electronic music, just what your ears and heart dictate. Schools will only make you better at production not composing.
I agree with RedSun, Musitechnique is probably the school for you if electronic music is your bag. Expensive as hell though, $16,000 CDN for a year's training. Great installations with even a 7 channel room for movie soundtrack productions.

the term you want to start using is "electroacoustic music". There's a huge experimental music/theater/video/art in general scene in Canada I've heard. Just forgot in which city. A school would be a great place to meet the people and to get involved with the scene. I'll ask my professor about this.
Mcgill is definitely a great place, you might want to check if they have a electroacoustic specific program.
