When is the Edit button in the Settings dialog enabled? (I have selected a wave Editor)
Also, what does "Data" display mean in the position display when scrolling < 0? Why is it scrolling negative values?

To be able to edit a track you would need to free the file-handle. When playback is stoped, press stop again - the stop button should start to blink. Now press edit on whatever track you want.On 2005-01-17 10:19, BingoTheClowno wrote:

I guess VDAT and its controllers are a bit buggy, but data usually means that a tape is not loaded.
Never got the Edit to work either... will try the positive stop signal!
Data does not always mean there's nothing loaded. For example if you've pressed Rewind and scrolled back with VRC before the file starts, you'll get the same. This is actually when I notice it the most. Just wait, there's no negative timeline before the files, so playback or Fast Forward would give back time-indication when the multi-track files are within 'playable' or used time-frame.
