Hi everybody.
I have a little q, sorry if its stupid, I is a newb
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb ... SD=gn&FR=0
after reading this article, I understand that :
"On computers with large amounts of RAM, the maximum cache size can be large enough that Vcache consumes all of the addresses in the system arena, leaving no virtual memory addresses available for other functions such as opening an MS-DOS prompt (creating a new virtual machine).
"
my question is: does native plugging and general audio appz (v.samplers ect..) have the ability of independently accessing RAM? So DAW work is not limited by the problem mentioned in the article?
thanks
