Buy the cable/s from your retailer.

I'm pretty sure there are vendors on ebay or try:

You can get them for free from your local distributor, dolphin are notoriously expensive for these cables.

I should gonna buy the Luna I/O box coupled with a Scope home board, directly from CW online shop, so I think I can't go to the retailer just for the cable...
