Great Sam!

Very interesting, I'm looking forward to get such a solution...

Now, if you could perform a Masterverb test, to see how many of them can you load before you get pci overflow error message, that would be great, as it is a sort of motherboard's pci bus test that became a standard here...

Thx for the info, and welcome to Planet Z !

P.S. Just try it in Standard mode, in the routing window, without Cubase on...

okay.. worked the night through... I tested it with over 22 TC Native Reverb and over 12 SCOPE REVERB's - no problem.

I use STANDARD MODE - but on my 2nd machine the same system works with ACPI Mode fine too.

I disable all COM, LPT, Firewire, Floppy-Functions - and USE only USB 1.1.

On my GIGABYTE Board is a hidden PROF.-BIOS-Part - reachable with CTRL+F1 - here you can tune the PCI bus - and you can choose between ACPI or PIC mode.

AND never use the Firewire (IEE 1394) Port. On the nforce4 boards this ports only crash!!!

AND never use S-ATA - only IDE. S-ATA kills all the power on the PCI Bus!!!

AND tune your fucking XP to the MAX!!!

AND use the latest PCI-Express driver for you r GRAPHIC Adapter - I use the MSI NX-6200.

AND install Direct-X 9.0c

DON't use SP2!!

Thats all...
