Upgraded to scope 4 but lost the halk price offer!?

When I first upgraded the software the offer appeared at the top of the screen but I didn't buy anything then. But since logging in again the offer has gone? Any ideas who I can contact as I emailed the tech support weeks ago but no reply.

Ok I just tried activating scope 4 again and know have the price reduction
