I have big problems trying to work with pulsar card on Windows 2000.
My first 2 software waveouts do not pass signal at all...
In the beginning right after the installation it was only 24 Bit Source 1 that was seen but did not receive signals from any application. Thinking it to be a conflict with some other driver I disabled or removed all usual staff (WindowsMediaPlayer and sim.) but it did not help. Neither meddling with Sound and Multimedia settings. Nor changing the number of drivers to be load on start (in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE). Later (I cant say what happened exactly, it wasnt my session with the computer), the same fate took WaveSource2. All other outputs witn Nos. >2 and SFP in general experience no trouble. Have anybody any ideas what could happen? I never saw anything like that while running pulsars under Win98 or Me for quite a long time before.
Pulsar Win2000 trouble
Can you set a program to select the drivers, or do they not appear?
If that would happen here, I'd backup the SFP folder, reinstall SFP there and then restore the SFP folder. Usually -but not always- such a setting is outside the SFP folder, but then at least all you settings are quickly restored.
If reinstall doesn't help, something strange is going on I cannot help you with without more details.
Do you have a lot of audio drivers installed? Does Windows not see them? try reducing the amount of wave drivers. If this doesn't help, reinstall SFP...
