Hi

I noticed that the sample editor of the sts-5000 contains sort of regions. I cannnot set the sample start on the exact location.I think it must be possible to start the sample where the amplitude = zero so you don't have to start in a middle of a wave. If you zoom to the maximum you cannot adjust it. Is this a bug or something or did CW it on purpose?

to fix the bug, simply disregard STS's sample editor. Honestly, I touched it once, and never wanted to ever again. Use an external editor.

okay, so I pointed out the obvious. Anyone else want to take a shot at this?

I never use the STS sample editor. I always use adobe audition (former cool edit) for editing samples. It's more flexible than this basic STS editor, and it works fine for me

The sts-editor is very usefull to change the start of a sample quick. I only use it for this. But then again..when you cannot set a zero crossing it's not that usefull...
