Have you re-installed the Scope drivers?

Is the card detected in the BIOS?

If yes to both of the above, you could try re-seating the board in its PCI slot.

By the way, did you...

a) re-format your drive, then re-install XP and SFP

or

b) re-format a non-system drive and then XP subsequently couldn't detect the card?

Hi Royston

I formatted the the drive using XP as my boot disc (cd)

I do not think the system is picking up my pulsar, even when I change the PCI slot.

Would you have any other ideas

Cheers

So, you formatted the system drive, then re-installed XP and the Scope software? (I'm still not sure exactly).

Under device manager, is there a '?' icon for the scope card (i.e. unknown device)?
