As of Pulsar V3, it is now possible to use the ADAT port as a switchable Optical SPDIF!

I believe you do this in the "Sample Rate Settings" dialog box, switch to Optical SPDIF, then the signal is duplicated from SPDIF Coax output, also to the first ADAT ports.

is it "either/or"? (no, not kierkagaard).
I mean can I use one as spdif and the other as ADAT? I suspect not . . .

in the adat a optical in

set in the samplerate window to optical

open the device spdif in and patch it to my analog outputs.

But there is no sound going into the system ,

in the adat a optical in
open the device spdif in
-make sure you're using the 'new' optical spdif module-
and patch it to my analog outputs.
-ok-
set in the samplerate window to optical
-set sample rate to slave and choose correct input to slave to, with your cd on and connected with the correct module you will see the sample-rate appear as 44.1 in the sample-rate window, if you choose other inputs that have nothing connected to them while in the slave mode the sample-rate setting will switch to blank-
