just stunningly beautiful!
not the music, although not bad, but the concept and execution...
so this was the wooden version, wonder what a metal version would sound like with some Autechre type song.

Re: Copperlan..
thanks for chiming in! did another test this afternoon. PC started first, opened both Scope programs, started mac (Copperlan autostarts), it sees 2 CW Scope PCI ports, 3 CW Scope Xite ports, Griid and Kapture (both Lemur midi capture apps I haven't used in years). Maybe one of these two apps takes h...

Re: There it comes, the huge visitor I was waiting for
well Nestor, you indeed surprised me a bit with your response. didn't expect that. anyway, I just wanted to insert a small 'comical interludium', not take a side, but for love of the game I will for a sec... so 'my scientist' is guilty of all the things you describe in your answer, and yours is not?...

Re: Copperlan..
Hi all, I just bought the alyseum al88c and used Copperlan for the first time. Macbook with RME, PC with Xite-1D and 3 PCI Scope cards, ethernet switch connects the two computers and the alyseum, USB-hub to the Macbook with all my DAW MIDI controllers. Copperlan is running on the Macbook. I was look...

had to setup Alvin Lucier's I'm sitting in a room numerous times when working for Champd'action.
I hope to find the time and try some of the techniques.
In a contemporary music world dominated by Max/MSP, you seem to be an exception...

Re: 30 patches in 30 days! Each day a new patch and video :)
Thanks faxi for your efforts! At least for me, this is a new modular beginning. Years ago, atOm lured me into the modular game, but I never really got hooked and forgot about it. Watching your series has inspired me enough to buy my flexor upgrade and start patching again. What atOm used to do, and ...

Re: Updating from v2.02 on OS9
As jksuperstar said, v5 is a giant leap from old versions, enough for me to switch to a windows machine, which I essentially use the same as my old G3, as a outboard zero latency superrack connected through adat to RME on my main computer.

Re: Updating from v2.02 on OS9
First, garyb is the man to talk to for keys/registration issues. Here on Z, I think Hubird is the only posting member to still use OS9. I used my cards in a G3 until 4 years ago, and iirc, v4 was free, v4.5 was a paid upgrade and a step towards v5. v5 is indeed not working on a mac, neither OS9 nor ...

Looks impressive Faxi! Just watched your vids a few weeks ago, and they definitely made me dive back in Modular!

Re: Connecting project card with rme babyface
as far as I can tell, that lyra does not have adat, only s/pdif, which means that instead of 8, you only get 2 channels of communication between the interface and scope.
