OK! The problem is 99% this: It is your grapichs card. Try deactivating bus mastering, preferably use a AGP card

He, he... Vince clarke was in yazoo that much is correct. But do you think he needs info on things like mixing?? Im a lifelong fan of his work, but sad to say i have only stolen his name for my username. But I have meet him if thats any comfort... Thanx for the info :smile:

Do the following: In your sequencer prog. Ex. Cubase try to left click on the transport bar and move it around. Do the noise stop during this operation..?

This is probaly due to a noisy fan. i had the same problem and solved it by buying a isolated fan
