had a similar problem. fixed it by opening a "digital wave source", connecting to "spdif dest" and then deleting the "digital wave source" again. dont know if this helps because i never tried to change the sampling rate and only used the spdif out....just a try.

just found a cool freeware(?)called jv16 powertools to get rid of unneeded registry entries.works fine under XP and WIN98lite. seems to be an update of regcleaner.

obviously no one with this problem under win9x? anyone with no pulsar1 involved?

got the same problem!
i use win XP pro on asus P4T-E, P4 1800ghz 512MB, 2 pulsar1 and one powersampler.
fresh OS, only pulsar 3.01 including Modular2 installed. happens when loading devices or projects.
i am spending twice the time to configure my
audio system than making music....

try the following:

connect Digital Wave Source (software IO)to PulsarAES-EBU Dest (dig). Then delete Digital Wave Source again. NOT A HOAX!
ps: this worked with my Pulsar1 and SPDif. hope it works with aesebu too.

1. read tips+tricks forum\"improving system..." by John Cooper.(remember your old params!)
2. If you have logic 4.70, download 4.71(you will find it under 4.70 -logic,eh)from Emagic.hope this can help...
