I have an Asus p4p8x. This is in fact exactly the same layout as the p4p800, only the 865P chipset is exchanged for a 865PE chipset on a p4p800 (865PE can clock cpu and ram independently). I have a Scope 15 dsp-card, a Matrox g400, a g450, an ati7000 and a tvcard. With a p4-3.2 it runs rockstable ...

I had this problem at startup after a brand new install:

"Can't find DSP file Midi Channel filter - please check installation"

after exiting Scope I run cmd.exe, and typed:
C:Program Filesscope4>attrib -s -h -r /s /d *.*

and it fixed the problem!

Hi, I just upgraded to a p4, but I had a stable p3-933/512/asus cusl-2 mobo with a 15 dsp Scope and added a pci firewire card (because it wasn't on my mobo). I never had PCI bandwith problems (smart idea for the p750, because I have 3 different videocards in 1 pc, kinda bandwidth-eating..).

When I ...

The shop owner tricked me too into buying a Pulsar 1 (back in 1998) Pulsar software 1.2 was new then. I worked nice under win98, only I wanted more DSP-power, so in 2000 I bought the Scope SRB. Too bad, the Pulsar 1 & Scope SRB NEVER worked together properly cuz it always gave errors when using more ...

2 years ago I had a Pulsar 1 and wanted more DSP's. (who doesn't?) Inspired by the "Scope compatible" logo on the Pulsar-box and everybody telling me that Creamware DSP-cards are compatible with eachother, so that I could just place another one next to it, I sold my grandmother's widescreen ...

Wwell well, looks like there are more people wandering why their card must be sent back just for some screws.

I had exactly the same problem: A Scope SRB, on which I wanted to place a classic IO. The reason I had to send it back to Germany was because there are 3 versions of the Scope around, on ...

If you're an owner of a Pulsar 1 card and intend to upgrade your 4 dsp machine to a 19 dsp machine, be aware of the fact that because you only have 1 stdm cable between the 2 cards, you will get communication errors all the time. You should better sell your pulsar 1 and buy a Classic IO plate or ...

Hi Pulsar & Scope freaks,

Anyone have a single loose "Classic IO-Plate" for sale? (The daughterboard that you can place on a Pulsar SRB or Scope SRB for additional in and outputs)

I'm gonna use it for my own Scope SRB. (it was placed next to a pulsar 1 before, now I just need the IO's)

Please ...
