I see what you meen and I agree.
The reason that I don't do it that way is because I'm surfing on a modem and I don't come to this forum very often. Neophyte Poster for over 2 years...

I thought it nice to hear some comments from musicians/technicians and of course to some extent just "spread the ...

Lima, I'm glad you like the music! Thanks for your response.

It would be interesting if someone commented on the mix of low, soft sounds vs. treble and hihats etc. A friend of mine always tells me I have to few sounds "on top" and that I mix the high frequenced sounds to low in general.

What do ...

I'm in to the same kind of music as you and I have a Pulsar 2. I would like to have some more dsp power. A scope bord would do it.

Thanks for the advice.

I managed to solve the problem after some tweaking in bios. I found a faq for the card and it had a list of preferred biossettings. I had figured that since it worked in win98 there wouldn't be any need to change anything in bios...

I installed xp as standard pc.

In the devicemanager the card has a exclamationmark. The statusbox says: This device cannot start (code 10).

In the advancedsettings for the graficscard you reach by rightclicking the desktop there is an ikon that reads: VGAsafe. The "devices in conflict ...

Well, I went for a Seagate drive. Same price.

As thoughts and feelings are creative I would surely have crashed an IBM by being nervous

It sounds like kimgr knows what he is talking about though...

Yo,

How does the ranking system work? Is it the number of posts or is it based upon how long you have been a member? Something else...?

I would sacrifice a finger to be a "Levitating Fire-Breathing Pulsar Overlord" like subhuman. (well, not really but alomst...would be cool to levitate)

Yo,

A friend had problems with files disappearing now and then on his IBM drive.

Is this a known problem due to bad quality of the platters?
