Yeah! :-) I would to try that "registry modification" of yours. I'm open to try everything! Even tho, there is a great risk of messing up my Cubase! That's okay! It's worth a shot anyway! I can always just stick to Logic if something gets out of hand! :-)

I went over to E-magic's own internal software -sampler solution instead. The EXS24. Even though; it's slightly different from HALion. The system doesn't seem to hang at least, thus the overload probs. are still in the air:(( I didn't quite figure out how you solved your ASIO overload difficulties ...

Well, strange.. I've discovered that while I'm in Logic; I don't have to do anything until the Asio overload message pops up!:( I only need to start Logic, and then holde or pause the process (without doing ANYTHING) for a few minutes. Then the Asio overload message pops up! Strange.. Not just while ...

I recently installed XP on my system. I also run Win98 sec. edition, since I've found this OS more acceptable towards different hardware drvs..
