Here's the first "draft" of a new piece I did using *only* John Bowen's Solaris synth. That's it. Everything you'll hear was generated using Solaris (of course, I processed a few tracks through some effects). The piece uses CW analog, Pro-One analog, FM, granular, wavetable, and sample playback. I don't have a name for this piece yet. I used Sonar as the MIDI seq and audio recorder. If you guys have any criticisms or comments, I'd greatly appreciate it!
I didn't have as many little elements and synth FX as I would have liked, for I was continually running out of DSP (man, I wish I had a Scope S/P!). Still, I do think I covered a lot of the different types of sounds you can get out of Solaris. The mix hasn't been finalized yet, but it's certainly good enough for now.
Enjoy!
