I am Elektra user and
thinking 'bout buying Pulsar 1(4 DSP).
Just a friend of mine's selling one at a moderate price.
Do you think it makes any sense to buy that, and if yes,
how can i connect them? Will they work together well?
And what about ULLI? I know Pulsar 1 is not too good in that.

It makes much sence.
You connect them with a S-TDM cable.
You can use the ULLI settings from the Luna card, if it is primary card (details in manual).
