My roland JD-800 has recently started sending a TON of pitchbend data when the pitch slider is in the center/default position. If I set it to either extreme position this ceases...
Anyone have any ideas?

dirt and or wear and tear the center of the pot.
i think it's called "kremilen" not sure of the spelling but it's this red syrup that is great for keeping pots and connectors in good shape. i have a small amount in this small bottle with a needle tip. a little bit goes a long way.
