Does the s/p-diff ins and outs on the PulsarI card support 24bits/48khz digital audio? I cannot find it in the manual. Thanks!

indeed they are the only way to get 24bit/96k-signals digitally into pulsar... apart from s/mux via adat, which requires special s/mux converter.
