hi all,
yesterday someone (i'll try and be discrete

) tried to be helpful and clean up my system a bit... today i wanted to work on some older projects, one of them containing the fm one synth. now that device is missing... i had it before with upgrading to SFP, but it was dead easy back then to just register... i tried it again now, but this time i get this message:
Registry
Found corrupted data in the product registry!
after clicking ok, i get the registry screen. i tried various keys, but nothing seems to help... i just get a 'fm one saved' or something message and again the corrupted data warning.
any help would be extremely appreciated... it was a damn good track i was working on

thanks gary, for proposing to send it, but as sfp is asking me for registry (and as i can see it in the folder) there's no need for that.
i was thinking about the reinstall too, but this is just such a bummer... the plan was to get two of the three cw cards from the mac to a magma/pc combo, after i had finished a big project next week. it's only after that project that i intended to do a complete system reinstall...
what a hassle...
never let anyone else get too deep into your system, no matter the amount of fire comin' out of his mouth

Did you try to remove the scope.rgy file, and re-enter all the keys again ?
Kim.

yes! you can still have fun with fm one. if i remember well, all i did, was copying the fm one device from an old 2.04 install (on another partition)to sfp, and fill in the activation key for the old pulsar software. that was in sfp3.01a
thanks kim for the tip... after the first fright, i was thinking in that direction as well. i'll give it a try later this night.
