My question to you would be:
Are you happy with your current configuration?
If not, go ahead and upgrade.
Or perform the upgrade incase you know that certain problems you have, will be resolved by upgrading.
Otherwise: Never change a winning team.
or: If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
