Here's part of a story on the BBC website:

Legendary electric instrument maker Gibson has created a guitar that you can plug into a computer and record directly on to a hard drive.

It uses what Gibson calls Magic technology to allow guitarists to apply digital effects to each string of their instrument.

Thanks, Spirit, for this info. Looks very interesting, like using a wireless pcmcia card and route it through a VG-88. :grin:
