yes it works fine, it's just SX that needs a bit of fixing (midi clock can go crazy, i have latest updates).

The only problems i had were due to SX, but even under those heavy condition SFP was still working very fine after i ctrl+alt+del SX, and even the SFP asio driver was still functionning.

They both work fine, eventhough i find SX needs bug fixing (midi clock is the only one i encountered, but pretty serious imho), and a few re-implementation of Cubase 5 features (play delay on audio track, Groups by defaults etc)
SFP has been rock solid even in heavy SX freeze/crash situations, which is pretty enjoyable.
The sound of SX over cubase VST is worth the upgrade anyway.

cool!
i just installed winxp and will be using cubase sx soon!! however, i'm very concern about the H.T. CPU compatibility.
anyone here with P4 3.06 HT and find that HT does inproved the proformance for audiowares?
