hey lior , i don't know that problem but since noone knows the solution , you can do what microsoft best engineers always do : uninstall and reinstall both pulsar and cubase , i don't know if it'll work but it sure worth a shot.
if you have other computer to try pulsar on , do it , maybe the problem is hardware (like motherboard , bud memory etc.) and only on your machine , if it is than you halfway to solution...
good luck

What speed is your CPU?
What chipset is your motherboard using?
Do you have any software midi drivers loaded like Hubi's Loopback device?
Are you using Pulsar's hardware Midi port and a Midi cable connected to your MIDI interface? Or are you using Pulsar's software Midi port?

well..
its not a problem with my hardware
ive build another new computer from zero and checked the pulsar on in and it still has the problem
i checked again and it seems that the problem is also when i play directly to the pulsar so the problem is not in the cubase..
i tried also updating to the 2.04a
didnt help.
tried adding more virtual memory, also adding more to thelatency timer (it was 32 now its 150)
i have : asus cusl2 256mb pulsar2 H.D 20G7200
if someone knows the solution..PLZZZzzz help
with thanks ahead . lior

it was on the second...
which was the first advise the store that i bought it from gave me..
but then when i came to switch the card(couse i thought my card is fucked up.. which turned up to be a mistake)
they put it on the first socket ..
BTW: i directed the IRQ for that slot to 5.. is that ok?

Is MIDI in a loop perhaps?
Try disabling MIDI thru in Cubase or playing with the Pulsar routing.

Hey !
Me too I have this problem. It used to bee perfect, and now, after partitionning, reformating, re-installing from scratch WinME, my midi in is totaly unuseable. If I look at midi monitor and press some notes, I can see sysex, pitchwheel, contreler data coming in?? It was just perfect before, but I had a disk crash...
I don't think it's your midi keyboard controler at fault. I suspect a windows DLL or VXD that was not updated..,. or something like this.
My old OS was so mess up! But it worked, now, I cannot use Luna midi in anymore...
If you find something let us know! I surely will....

Irq 9 ?? That´s not a smart Idea, since that one is always shared (Win9X)...
