Here in the U.S. we have a holiday today - the purpose of which is to thank God for all the blessings he has bestowed on us the past year. I would like to also thank all of you who have provided so much help to me the past year with my CW Pulsar system.

Many cultures have harvest feasts so if you're not in the US or are in the US but don't celebrate orthodox holidays then please give yourself a little extra padding for the winter anyway, the style & fitness cultures be damned!

or celebrating taking it all from the natives..(that's why you have to stuff your belly like a pig,so that dominion is complete.)
