the thing is that when i try to record audio into sx (eg. vocal or guitar) every other track gets recorded as well as the Audio i'm after. can you see any options to solve this??

and another ?
how do you make drums with LM7? do i need an external midi keyboard to be able to use the drum editor? i can't get to open it-it's all greyed out???
i'm pulsar on the menu II
dying to hear a word of advice
best regards to every soul down the lines.

hi, maybe you are sending your mix output to the asio destination (if you use asio).

you must send only the direct out of the channel in wich you have plugged the instrument to record, otherwise you record again all you hear.

check the manual for how to use vst instruments.

hello ,
first thing.
krisrocco, u can use eny of the vst instrumet without keyboard ,open a midi
track, connect it to the desired instrumet
then draw a box and dubble click on it to get inside the midi editor ' there you will see a picture of a keyboard that when you press a note with your mouse you will hear a sound.
in a drum instrumet like lm7 it's a little defferent becuase all the note sound's of that instrument are assign to the note betwen the c1 and the c2 octave so make sure you are pressing this key note's to hear eny sound in a lm7.
that all i hnow about midi assigning for now
good luck.

and as for me i have a similar problem in sx
i'v disable audio input in device>vst input
because i dont use the asio dest in that moment but every time i prss on a line that contain audio track so i can work on it i get a messege box that say's that audio reord could not be enabled .
how can i get rid of that annoying message ?

cheers
Omb
