If you're on XP, make sure:
- There's # MIDI drivers loaded in your project as assigned in Device Manager.
- Is "Windows Audio" Service running?

that system is w 98, thanks. the only thing I changed was an adat connection do you think that can fuck up my midi?

Has MIDI disappeared completely? Soft- and/or hardware I/O's?

Try excluding stuff. If all is dead, restoring I/O devices from the installation folder or reloading them into your project might help...

still no midi. the midi in luna is not there I don't know if it is soft or hardware.I have reinstalled sfp completly still nothing
most of the times I use luna with sts3000,
so luna midi A source in< sts3000 out >adat a dest.not very complicated project.no sequenser or other vst instr. on that system so only midi in and adat out.
please help.

connect a midi monitor to the luna midi source and check if something comes in, to exclude hw problems.
did you by accident after the afternoon(please don't feel offended, it can happen) reconnect to the wrong (out)midi plug?
