Wtf!.. i just bought the card (Elektra) from a store and it shows out that they used the card since when i try to activate then card at the Creamware site it says its already activated.

I somehow got the activation kode by entering the site with the username of the salesman who sold it to me. And i got the activation kode from there.. and it still dont work,
I get the error: Invalid activation kode.
But it says on the site that its my kode..
What do i do.. I emailed creamware and got a respons that it might take up to a week b4 i get a answer!

For new stuff, normally their is a serial number and Activation key provided inside the box, (it should be in the manual cover or first page).

That should be enough to make it work in your computer and you don't need to get additional codes from CW.

If the card was used, I hope you got a rebate ! Or if you "discovered" that it is used when you thought to get something new, you should talk to the store...

If it's a Pulsar1 card, the serial is key is too old, and there's a new one for SFP -see your 'My Page'. New keys, like the one Bassel picked up from the CW website, do activate SFP software. They should, at least. Bassdel, if you got a reply from CW, I'd suggest you wait for their answer. If it doesn't work -and you did follow the standard procedure AFAIK- then CW has to solve it, us users can't get you codes. You've done the right thing Bassel; now just wait for CW to tell you your 'My page' is updated.
