Just connect the output of the synth to an ASIO dest module and away you go (hopefully you already have one open in your project otherwise you may have to close cubase first then re-open once you add the module to the project). You can leave the existing connections on the output of the synth in place, if you want to monitor the synth, and add the connection/s to the asio dest module as well.

In cubase make sure the Inputs are active. On the cubase mixer, once you nominate which track you want to record too, select the appropriate input (corresponds to the asio dest module number), and then arm the track. Press record and away you go. The midi tracks will play the synths, and you will record the output of the synth you wanted at the same time on to an audio track in cubase.

...but first *mute* the track before activating the recording state...preventing feeeeee-e-e-e-edback!

that right .
1.is it a delay or feedback ? because i hear
the synth in the chanell of the sfp mixer and the one that come from the vst through the asio source , aren't they suppose to play in the exact time or is it what we call
as a latency?

Yep, that be latency. So use the pulsar to monitor and mute cubase outputs for the track you are recording. I didn't mention this above because I've never had problems with feedback. It seems the tracks armed for recording are auto muted on my setup.
